Ferry Timetables (New window)
The Isle of Bute lies in the Clyde Estuary and the ferry from Wemyss Bay takes 35 minutes for the journey. There is a shorter ferry crossing from Colintraive which takes only a few minutes.

Train Timetables (New window)
Wemyss Bay is a 55 minute train journey from Glasgow, with an hourly service. Arriving by plane at Glasgow Airport you can get a bus to Paisley and join the train there.
